C-Axis, Inc. is a contract manufacturer providing manufacturing solutions and services to the medical markets.

The Company was established in 1997 by the founder and current owner and President Jeff Haley.  He saw a real need for a company that could provide rapid prototyping on very complex and hard to manufacture components for the Medical Industry.  Since this time the company has grown into a full service Medical Device contract manufacture.  The expertise developed making complex prototypes has helped sustain C-Axis as a leader in the industry.  C-Axis, Inc. operates two facilities, Minneapolis, MN and Caguas, PR.  The two locations have identical systems which allow customers to effectively dual source components with one supplier, and offers capacity surge and disaster recovery benefits.  C-Axis is  ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485 certified.

We manufacture products using all types of materials suited for implantable medical devices such as heart valves, bone screws, and also surgical instruments, medical devices of all types. C-Axis capabilities include: Precision Micro Swiss Machining, Precision Milling, Turning, Wire & Sinker EDM, Laser Welding, Cutting, and Marking, Passivation and Electro Polish, Quick Turn Prototyping.
